Just five career runs for the 3yo. He won a 13 runner contest on his handicap debut over this 8f C/D early last month, the front two pulling well clear. Similar mark for this handicap with the jockey claiming 3lb. He was a close runner-up on turf three weeks ago, the 3rd in the race came out and won by 3L last week. Solid looking form.

The 3yo filly wasn't great on the AW last time out but wasn't beaten far in her two previous runs on turf. She was a good 3rd last month and that form seems fine. This is a weak looking handicap, good jockey booking, decent mark and unexposed over this longer trip.

The 3yo filly was a good 4th over this 10f trip early last month, only losing out late on. It was her handicap debut and just a fourth career run, and you could expect some more progress from her. She has a 2lb lower mark now and I like the fact that the 2nd and 3rd from the race have won three races between them since.

Four career runs for the 3yo, form 0224. He has bumped into some very strong winners. He raced in a class 2 turf contest last time out on his handicap debut now running in a class 4. He ran fine at this track last Dec. Trained at the good Andrew Balding yard and you could expect some more improvement after his recent two month break.He does receive a 12lb age allowance from 11 of his 12 rivals.

She was 3rd of 10 on turf in her next start, a much stronger race than this one and she a huge 7L clear of the rest. That form given a big boost by the runner-up since. The trainer has been patient with him and come here fresh after a four month break. Handy looking mark.

Just six career runs for the 3yo filly. She was a good 3rd of 8 four weeks ago, which was just her second start on turf and a first run for five months. The next four runners behind her that day have all run big races since and the form looks very solid. Every chance the selection can take a step forward in this handicap.
